    First time teaching RPM all by myself with no instructor present. It truly felt like it was MY class. Great time, great burn! Gave it my all and then some.

    I've increased my triceps weight and am feeling really good about that. I've also noticed I could probably increase my biceps weight. I'll shoot for that on Friday.
