    Upper body stuff, some push ups and sit ups as well. I have to admit it is hard to not go out and run. My ankle feels normal, it would be very easy to convince me to do something stupid right now.

      I was being smart yesterday and only ran what the dr ordered and I am paying the price for it today.... Don't run for at least 1 week after you think it is 100% - that's my advice. Probably overkill, but whatever.

      New plan: Give up sleep.... and maybe eating. Surely there is something you can cut out of your life that you selfishly keep doing in order to get yourself more gym time. Like sleeping. Or eating. :-P (Glad you're getting a something in, even if it's not what you want.)
