    It was raining Saturday... Got drenched. Had to walk Sunday to catch bus for Hot Chocolate Run, then had to walk back to hotel and to Bart station

      Hey you...what's up? I'm doing well, and you? I was going to say hi after the coaches meeting but I was so cold that all I wanted to do was get in a hot shower. Are you going to the track on Tuesdays?

    Felt good. Had a foot issue towards the end, but thinking it was my "new" shoes

    Went pretty good. Back was starting to hurt the last 1 1/2 miles but I made it thru. Plus I was pacing so I couldn't wimp out.. Lol
