      hey Dannyboy i am officially on this site bc of you. I have to get my groove back on with getting in shape. It has been way to long for me so I am starting here and now. I don't know if i can catch up with you yet but I am going for at least one mile today. I will let you know what I did when I post.Thanks for motivating me.
