    ran a slower pace in order to up the consistency and minimize the resting periods (aka walking). Felt better but still not where I need to be. Hopefully in a few more sessions.

    Scheduled to run a 4-mile loop, but subconsciously made a short-cut and ended up only running 3 miles. Felt a lot better than I expected.
