alright intervals at Doughboy Stadium at Ft Benning 2.5 mi

forcing myself to do some speed work although I hate it so! Did 10X 100yard sprints at 80 to 90% plus 1/2 lap 1/4 lap recovery between each, then ran 1 round of bleachers. finished up with a set of max effort Push ups, Chins and Dips. Good quick smoke fest.
