Running Hills, stairs, trails, squats, lunges, deadlifts... have given me more powerful legs and better athletic ability. And 1:30 slower at running...lol

treadmill run.. then 30 pullups, 30 leg raises, 60 frog crunches with 5lb weight between my feet, some sort of lumber jack axe thing one of the trainers showed me on the cable pulls for my obliques... read more

great crosstrain day: rowing, jumpr... 4.75 mi
6000meter row... every 500m I would do either 10 burpees, 200ct jump, 20 kettlebell switch. I also did 90 leg raises (and a million and half other things I cant remeber anymore..haha)
