      Yes..haha almost :) i want at least once in my life to be shredded...lean, cut and strong. I posted an inspiration pic a while back... Expect to be there in the next 6 months. Michelle, thank you!! You can do it too!!

    6000meter row... every 500m I would do either 10 burpees, 200ct jump, 20 kettlebell switch. I also did 90 leg raises (and a million and half other things I cant remeber anymore..haha)
