Not feeling the Spirit

I felt good.. the video was blah. I tried out the "Sweatin' in the Spirit" - Video said it had cardio, pilates & strengthing & a stretching segments. It was awful... while the music was good, it was like Donna Richardson was making it up as she went along. Cardio never got my heart rate up over normal. The Pilates was just a few crunches & stretches & I turned it off by the last stretch segment. This DVD went straight in the "Donate" bin. Wasted workout

No such thing as a "wasted workout"!! You did a great job! Most folks in the world didn't do anything today!! You're just so FIT!! You should probably go look in the "Highly Advanced" dvds! :))

This makes me wonder if there is a need in the market that isn't being met. Sorry to hear that you had a yucky workout. It's hard to be all geared up to get your sweat on and have the video not deliver. I had a bootcamp one like that. The instructor was long on talk and short on exercises. My heart rate was never elevated for long.
