I felt good.. the video was blah. I tried out the "Sweatin' in the Spirit" - Video said it had cardio, pilates & strengthing & a stretching segments. It was awful... while the music was good, it was like Donna Richardson was making it up as she went along. Cardio never got my heart rate up over normal. The Pilates was just a few crunches & stretches & I turned it off by the last stretch segment. This DVD went straight in the "Donate" bin. Wasted workout
