Ok, I've had enough of this midwest heat and humidity. How am I supposed to train to run 26 miles when I can barely run 6 miles without having to stop and walk from the feeling of overheating? Ugh...come on fall weather!


I wouldn't get too down - your pace is better and you ran longer than your last run. Keep it up!
