    Went to the Y and rode one of the new bikes with the screen and routes to follow. Did a 30 minute ride for 7.0 miles.

    Our group ran the 6.0 mile Hobart Loop. Been awhile since I’ve run there. Then I stopped at the track in Tipp and ran two more to give me my 8.0

    Pretty run on the trails after yoga. It was a cautious run as there are walnuts, hickory nuts, and leaves covering the rocks and roots.
