After sleeping all day, felt much better in the afternoon and decided to head up to the highschool to oversee the mid distance practice. Ended up jumping in with them to help pace and shakeout the legs

Workout was 1 mile tempo (3min rest) 5x1k with (90sec rest at cruise interval pace) - I paced my top boys

Felt amazing during the run, really tried to visualize the run coming up at Shamrock. All of the kids hit their splits and are looking good for outdoor
