    Standard Monday 8 miler with 8x1min on / 1min off...extremely sluggish and fighting a head cold...better now than two weeks from now, sure hope it is gone by vacation time in 5 days.

      Great 10++ and nice spin for, what was 30 total miles or so.....I can totally feel you on that cold stuff. I remember my boys as toddlers and seemed I got all their colds..............and even now at 8 and 11 y/o they still share their colds with me. Rest as needed.
