This self imposed "no running weekend" is killing me. I've put my running shoes on and taken them off 3 times today. I really am trying not to run so I can feel completely rested when I do get back out there. I have to keep remembering how tough the runs were this past week on very tired legs. MUST NOT RUN.

oh yeah... I was also thinking about your cramping issues during the race and remembered I did not see you drinking much water the day before the race. I am also a sweat monster so I like to be ultra hydrated I think I drank at least 3 extra liters of water the day before the race.

@Rich - I'll have to evaluate that hydration thing. I might not be drinking enough non-alcohol beverages in the pre-race days.
