I'm still very tired. I'm thinking I might take the weekend off if I can. I don't mind admitting that I'm addicted to running (yes, I said it) and by day two of not running I start to get a little antsy. I'm really going to try to rest and let my body catch up with my mind (which is saying "let's go run!!!")

    I kinda wish I was tired... I'm just sore with tons of energy and I have that same running problem.

    Running is a good addiction to have. It was weird going through a long phase of "running deprivation" with my recent injury. Jamie's right- listen to your body! Sometimes at the very last minute I'll get the message- it's usually "go run!", but sometimes it really is saying take a break.

    Other things that are equaly addicting are food, beer, sex.....Who are we kidding, go for a run!!!!

    Take a weekend off - you deserve it. Can't wait to run the half with 3 of the people I love most in this world. It's going to be an awesome experience!!!
