Steve yelled at me for pointing my toes, and the bike went from a 2 to a 9 in resistance in about 1/4 inch, but other then that great!

I feel the same after some of my spin classes too. Remember, it is good for you! Are you in the Triathlon Club by chance?

I'm starting to like it. Just doing it one day a week for now since I have other activities on other days. Nope I'm not in the Triathalon club.
