  4. RUN
    good Recovery 7.5 mi 01:10 09:16 pace

A slow, easy recovery run caps off a high mileage week for me.

  5. RUN
good Long and Solo 20.5 mi 03:35 10:29 pace

Set out for a solo 22 miler on the trails of the nature center. Made it to 20.5 and called it good. I'll count it as a win being just a week from Riverbank 25k.

Nice race. Way to gut it out and stay under two.

Great job getting in under two. I'm with you on the difficulty starting around mile 10. I was hoping to be sub-2 and didn't make it, but still always a great race

An easy "eight miler" with the guys this morning on the trails of KNC. As is typical with us, we tend to go farther than we plan.

  18. RUN
good Kalamazoo Nature Center 6.4 mi 00:56 08:42 pace

Quick trails run at KNC with Peter B. He pushed me on the pace at times which was good. Need to do that more often on the shorter trail runs.

  19. RUN
