great Clissold Park Trail 6.22 mi 00:45 07:16 pace

I MUST do more trail running for training!.. It's very hard in London to find anything suitable to be honest but Clissold Park will do - it has a wood chip track round most of it and some ups and downs albeit little ones ;) .. the route round the park is about 2km which is perfect.. Nice workout - I can really feel it in my ankles which is where I need to gain more strength ..

    Trail runs are crazy hard work, after my ultra the other week the little muscles in my feet were sooo sore from navigating on uneven trails etc, definitely a great workout! And of course you flew through it haha
