    good to go for a little jog after a week off and the rest has done my foot good - its still not 100% but feels much better! :)

    went went - did this in 2 x 4km sessions with a 8km cycle to split.. even got the speed up a little.. ankle sore but not painful - did this in my compression socks.. as you do ;)
