Did a late morning 5K run. Not much heat in the morning, but the humidity was at 60%. Ran a decent pace on mile 1 and cranked it up a bit on mile 2. The humidity did have an effect and it slowed me down at mile 3. Did a couple of speed intervals and wound up at the 5K mark. Good run considering the conditions. Should be able to go longer once I get adjusted to the conditions.
