Left my doubts at the door for the morning run.Wore an extra layer going by the weather widget forecast of 32F, but didn't really need it. Started slow for a first run of the week. Didn't push myself, but focused on form - foot striking in particular. The final time surprised me though.Surprisingly good for what in my opinion was a below average effort.
