Resumed running after a gap, which also included a missed weekend run. Started out strong, but had to slow down after the first mile. Did a few 10 second spring intervals, but need to work on my breathing. Felt a little labored at times, but had a vigorous run. Could have done the additional mile and a half with better light conditions. Decent run.
