First run of the week. Slightly cold but not at frigid levels. Tried to do an intensity run and started off well with a 9 minute time on the initial mile. Changed to an easy pace later. Laces got undone midway, but didn't stop to tie them.Picked up the pace on the return leg and found the time to be an even 30. Decent start, but with scope for improvement. Next target is to hit a 25 min pace for this distance.
