First post race run. Outdoor conditions were slightly cold. Started off slow to be sure that the legs were fine. Upped the pace after the first mile and tried to maintain a consistent speed. Tempted to go for 5 miles, but opted not to push too hard on the first post recovery run. No signs of soreness, and felt good at the end. Good run.
