    First time out there in what seems like months. Knee was doing alright until mile 2, then forced me to walk last half mile. I feel like it's slowly getting better.. ?

      Sounds like it, and it would be about time!! You have done the best thing for it by swearing off running! (must have been nice though!)

    I took this one nice and slow for the benefit of my toe and knees. The right knee didn't start hurting until halfway through, and the toe didn't scream at all. Good signs? I hope.

  5. Broken toe... sigh. Guess the knees get a few more weeks of rest before I hit the roads again.

    Mid-day weights session after an early (7am – it's all relative) wake up this morning. Need to make the most out of this temporary gym pass!
