It is cold out today! The wind was really hitting me smack in the face as I did my training. I pushed through it though and got my day two of week three C25k training done. I will say that the last running interval was a rough one, I was pretty tired and slowed my pace down. Wore my old running shoes today as I have to return the new ones to the shoe store on Saturday since they just aren't working out for me.
