Cold morning, but I knew I had to get up and do my workout. Today was Week 3, Day 1 of my training. This was the 90 sec run alternating with the 3 min run intervals. The 3 min runs were the longest I've done at once so I was happy I was pushing through it. The first one wasn't so difficult, but the second (and last) 3 min interval felt harder. The only really bad thing this morning was that today is the first day I wore my new running shoes. They felt very heavy to me. My ankles and legs were a bit sore, more than likely I was tensing up some as I ran/walked. I did my best to relax though as I got into the workout. Hopefully, the shoes will feel more comfortable soon.
