    Ran 3 and walked a half to cool down. No need, it was freexing the minute I stepped out of the gym, Brrrr. I miss my outside runs.

    did this 2.5 loop twice, first time w/ Parker doing run/walk combo. Second loop run on my own. trying to break in my new shoes- Skechers Midstrikes- they felt great. It was a happy run!

    walk-run intervals, mostly focused on form to get my ankle strength up. Saturday's run left me stiff and I need to get back into a schedule desperately

      I know all my muscles hurt on Sunday. It felt more like a 10 mile run rather than a 4 mile run.

      even a bit is the right idea. I told myself if I can just do 4-5 miles twice a week through the winter I will be great. Lately my running partner and I go to our church in the morning and do P90x videos. I love it. My legs have been getting so much stronger. They just aren't tired anymore.
