    Hit the treadmill this morning for some miles!

    Gilded by then did some barbell overhead pressing followed by some preacher barbell curls. Went great!

      Well THAT's a surprise! Here, I hate the cold but ran outside - but then again, I get enough treadmill use during the week. Nice run no matter where you did it!

      Hahah yea I dislike the cold and I don't like the treadmill but I'd always take treadmill over cold lol.

    Cold out so I lifted instead!

    Squats up to 230lbs then 5x5
    Bench up to 200lbs then 5x5
    Preacher curl bar up to 70lbs then worked up and down with weights

    Felt great!
