Still feeling the after effects of some chafing issues from my 10 miler on Sunday. Apparently I need to remember to carry Nip Guards in my gym bag...or just hold my shirt out at the nipples while I run. Decisions...decisions...

Wife gave me band aids as a stocking stuffer...lol. During the winter I wear a compression shirt and the nips are safe but come spring anything in the double digits gets the band aid treatment. OUCH at the shower comment! YUP!

Geez that chafing is a pain ... glad you are overcoming it. Problem with holding your shirt out is that one hand is needed for a beer so only one side will be held out ... ah well, good TM work today.
