    OMG! This course was miserably hilly, it was hot, and I was struggling. Ab cramps, general lethargy, legs were totally cramping afterward. Rough day, but glad I pushed through and got it done.

    Forgot to charge my Garmin with all of the stress of last week, so I went out blind. Felt nice actually, I should do that more often for recovery runs where pace doesn't matter!

    I had to do this on the treadmill with practically no sleep the night before. Everything hurt, knees, Achilles, hamstrings. Not holding together so well so far this year.

    4 miles pace + 1 mile cooldown...there was no cooling though because it is H-O-T! The breeze today felt like a heater! I'm done with the heat and these runs!
