    didn't get a chance to go on a long run this weekend so this was my sort-of makeup run. Was really dark so I couldn't run as fast as I would during daylight.

    first long run of autumn - the cooler temperature felt great. Legs felt nice and springy am super happy with the pace

    first down payment for the marathon in Austin :) Ran much farther and faster than normal - the weather just felt great and I had a lazy unhurried Saturday morning to prepare for it.
