    great Slow barefoot outdoor run 8.15 km

    Outdoor slow run with several repeats of fast steps climbing at end - at times bouncing like a spring. Had a small niggle in the right side of right knee since few days.

      breathing in my opinion is the most difficult :( I have been doing freestyle for years now, but still do it with one breath and then stop and then inhale and then do again :(

      @Nalla, I am able to take multiple breaths with the board - Without the board i am trying to swim ( kicking + single hand movement ) and i want to come out breath in and going into water. Once i am able to move both the hands - I will focus on breathing. Anyway the more time we spend there we will get it.

      @RK: Ya da, thats what i meant i.e. exhale in, come out, breath in and then go in again. Thats what is tricky and i am been stuck there for years :(

      Which simply means i am not all bothered about the TCS10k run or any event that i am halfheartedly participating. I wish to run/ride/swim or do whatever i want - whenever i feel to - rather than strictly following programs, tapering etc. Workouts are like diet - do we follow them strictly ?
