Finally. A real run! Forgive me, Father, for it's been a week since my last real one. You.. you don't gotta yell.

Felt a little weird, at first. Like, I didn't know how to pace myself. Legs wanted to book straight away. Mind wanted to take it easy. Body sort of went all over the place. Sort of like a recovery/tempo.. fartlek.. thing.
