Zippy ride home. Had a 9-4 meeting today (ugh), so getting out of the office just before 5pm meant missing a bit of the rush-hour crowd.

Practiced using BreathPlay today; which I didn't quite get during the morning ride, but started making sense on the ride home. The key (for me, at least) is to not force the exhalation every breath -- more like every four. Started making sense, and definitely felt like I had more air and control.
