Wow! Much props to people who run these kinds of miles (and more) on a regular basis!! There were moments when I seriously contemplated whether or not my goal of running a marathon was worth it! But I got my head back in the game and finished up the miles! : )

    You had a fantastic pace for such a long run and have a rough couple weeks trying to get your miles in!! Is 7 miles cool? We only need a little over 1 hour to run, so 12:15 ish is great.
