    Went to doctor yesterday for sleeping...actually slept the whole night...finally!!!!!...almost couldn't get out of bed though...So I ran at lunch again. HOT HOT HOT!!

      Take your time build it slowly and listen to your body, I'm the worlds worst at this as I try to push through the pain, evidence my aching back and busted black toes but I still have to run!?
