    Mike and I ran to Teton National Park. Today was a very active day....Skiing all morning/early afternoon, 5 mile run, then back to go swimming. We had our own mini triathlon!

      I know!! I checked my watch like 3 times to make sure the time was right! I've decided the numbers are tricking me today and here are my reasons: 1) my running time 2) I slept 12.5 hours last night, that is double what I normally sleep 3) The scale said I weighed 6 lbs less than what I thought I did 4) I reheated my coffee in the microwave and in less then 1 minute it was boiling away like crazy!

      hahahah....all those make me laugh! well keep it up and you will have that sub 2 half in no time! I bet you could do a half earlier than the monumental and still get sub 2. you should do one in chicago and liz and i can come watch you!

    Took my new favorite trail all the way to the beach! I got sunburnt...but it was totally worth it!
