    I'm loving these treadmill workouts, courtesy of M2. Today's workout: 15 minute warmup, 2 repetitions of following set: 2x1:30 @7.2-7.3, 1:30 @7.5-7.6 (last one at 8.0). 5 minute cooldown.

    I'm not setting any records, but I am tentatively getting back to running after North Face Endurance Challenge 50k on Dec. 4. Knees/IT band on left tentative, but holding up.

      Not sure...base miles in the new year. Haven't gotten to that point yet :). I have to work on accepting the fact I've signed up, and am going to be logging all those bike miles first! :)
