      Ha, I def lost my tolerance for the cold (treadmill all winter for a reason). I have also lost my tolerance for heat though too... Nice miles though!

      I'm with you on the trainer. I think most people are. The resistance of the trainer is higher than the resistance on your wheels on the road. I cant measure speed on my trainer since I use my Garmin 910 on the bike all the time so I just estimate what the trainer effort would be on the road....
