      Great job!! I stopped the other day and walked for a bit for the first time but I felt so much better when I started running again.

    my right calf kept cramping up. Eventually I just gave up. But I'm absolutely dripping with sweat now. The house temp is way hotter than I'd like for running.

      There's something about the ebb and flow of the hills out there that allow for a natural push and recovery. I'm so glad you came out!
