great Tag the Pole 3 mi 00:51 16:56 pace

I really want to quicken my pace. I ran the last 0.5 mile and it felt good to stretch my legs and move fast. My goal is to get down to a 15-minute mile with a walk/run combo.

Nice Job, Rachael!! Do you have an iPhone, iPod touch or android? If so, there's an app that I use that has you doing a walk run combo. It's cheap and I love it!! It's by Beatburn and it's called Easy 5k with Jeff Galloway (?- I can never remember his name). If you're interested, I can you a link!

Nancy, I do have an iPhone and I use a pedometer app while I walk. I will definitely check out that Beatburn app! Sounds perfect.

Great job and you are doing it the right way. Run / walk gives you a great chance to get your time down.
