    this is my favorite of p90x thus far. dripping with sweat. so glad to begin week 4 of p90x in 2 days..i dont think i can take this level of activity for much longer.

    yoga with a broken toe is much harder than running with a broken toe. found out my yin yoga is cancelled ....super bummed.
