    good Duke 2350 yd 01:13 54:40 pace

Drills, 200's and 400m time trial. Getting a little faster as the form improves. The more I work on my form, the more I realize just how really, really bad it was when I started all this :-)

  2. FIT
    alright 01:30

90 minute bike on trainer. Kind of hard on the seat but a good workout...

90 minutes is a long time =) When will I see you at a run? Mondays on the ABT and Wednesdays at Fullsteam??

@ Jess - got a great deal on the wetsuit from IOS during a sale last spring. You can rent from them too if you don't think you'll use one very often. There are also some great deals on line - Xterra always has a half off sale going too.
