It was rough but my foot didn't hurt. Lower back ached but I didn't wheeze or use my inhaler. My heart... felt relieved and hopeful.

Excellent! I am fairly new to yoga so I am still a little skittish about doing it with a dvd instead of a human being - your post gives me hope!

@paula I can't get to a class and honestly, there are some really BAD DVD's out there. I just want good instruction and don't really care about the rest. I'll keep posting reviews for the disks, so maybe that will help.

I love the free podcast running programs. Motiontrax is also a goodrun along with 5k101. I like to go back to alot of the running programs to help breakup bordem or to just push myself speed wise.

Awesome job. Just think what you are going to do when you are 100%. Always think back to this race when you think you can't do something, and remember, how you did this with very little training. Now, you can get the much needed rest and I hope you get some treatment for your foot soon.
