good IMAZ W12D1 4:20 ride Brick pt1 75 mi 04:41 16.0mph pace

I really have to juggle this week up so my long ride/brick was done today as I am off for Columbus day. Set out from my house and the plan was to ride out to the coast and back, totally under estimated the headwinds. They were brutal on the outbound even though this leg had most of the descending. Hit the turnaround with an average of 16mph, I managed to up this to around 17mph before I reached the climbing during which it fell back was back to 16. This was a long tough ride with over 3000' feet of climbing and it wasn't helped by leaving 1/2 of my nutrition/SCaps on the kitchen counter! Glad to have finished it ok but not the level of quality that I wanted.

That's a massive ride Stuart. Great job especially considering you left part of your nutrition at home!
