    About 1/4 mile short of my goal, but my HR hit 190 so I cut it short. Mile splits were fairly good though 10:41, 10:32, 10:36

    Guh 9 minutes of recovery walk and still 5 minutes short on this workout. My legs were screaming during my "tempo" pace. But better than last workout :)

    HR monitor reported 199 Max HR, but I don't see it anywhere in the history so I'll chalk it up to Garmin gremlins. But it was definitely than I was expecting.

    Much better than Sunday's comparable workout, HR was quite a bit better so I cut out another minute of walk to drop it down to 5 minutes. I'll prob drop it to only 4 next time as well.
