    A bit of a change up, 1/4 mile repeats (10:00 pace) x 6, really got my HR up there

    HIIT again 10 minute warmup & made it through all 8 intervals, 180+ HR on each, didn't make the 5 minute cooldown jog, just had to stop

    Goal was another 5K, only made 2.5, mile splits were 11:57, 11:47, 12:59(half) though, I didn't eat enough today, and got real jittery for the last 1/2 mile...

    Few time back doing the HIIT, I was supposed to do 8 intervals and a half mile cooldown, only made it through 6, but hit 180+ HR on every interval....
