      No!! New PT!!! I won't let you quit! I had such an amazing experience at PT...it changed my running for the better...I think you got a dud!

      I'm thinking about it! I saw an orthopedic doctor who specializes in sports medicine on Monday and his thought is that it's a labral tear in the hip. Not psyched about the idea of surgery but that would explain why despite almost 3 months of PT I've seen no progress.

      Oh yikes - I have a friend who just went through that..she was able to avoid surgery with the RIGHT PT, and "only" had 3 months off (which, from what I understand, is pretty good for a labral tear). Glad you got another opinion!
