      I've had this problem off and on for the last year and a half. After that run I made an appointment for PT ... but I have to wait 10-14 days for my referral to go through. :(

      My best guess is a psoas strain. It's weird how it only starts to bother me after increasing my mileage to > 10 miles/week so I'm thinking that something probably changed in my running form after I had a baby.
