    Overcome with insane hip pain at mile 2.5. It was painful to walk. It was painful to drive home. Maybe I need this surgery after all. :(

    Trying really hard to up my cadence per my Lumo run. This wasn't my highest cadence run, but I tried really hard. I tried a metronome app, which I thought helped.

      The metronome app? I remember running with Renee and Disa at running Tuesday night: and we talked about being metronomic with our lap speed. I mainly use a metronome when playing piano! I have some speed workouts there as well! hahaha: but true!
