Intervals ...from hell! Plan was: 90 sec sub max, 60 slow jogg. After 2 I had to hurry to an emergency toilet :( Tried 1 more after that but had to go again. Seriously. + way too hot. + ... No, I'll stop there. After all this is not The Big Book Of Excuses. Intervals on a bad day when you're not in great shape is the worst. Penalty for failure: New try next week. Isn't running fun?! :)
