No running for two weeks and now this?! This is *not* the way to work out I know. ...but hey; I made it! Again. And here's the best part: 20 seconds faster than last time! Wohoo, progress... :) As "always" a beautiful run along the wonderful but tough Manly Scenic Walkway.
