A nice brisk morning run - great temp at 5:30am! Ran a pretty good pace the entire run the hill hurt more than usual though. Probably because I haven't been doing many hills.

This is basically a yoga class but a faster pace and with music. I suck at it. I am not a bendy person! Felt good overall but I look so clumsy and unbalanced in that class... pretty funny.
